This policy explains what personal information Beyondsy Solutions LLP ("Beyondsy", "we", "us") collects through beyondsysolutions.com, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Each of our products has its own privacy policy, linked at the end.
What we collect
- What you send us — your name, email, phone, company and message when you fill in a form, book a call or apply for a job.
- Job applications — the CV and details you send to hr@beyondsysolutions.com.
- Basic visit information — pages viewed, the browser used and the approximate area, used in total to understand how the site is used. We do not sell it or build advertising profiles from it.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal or arrange a call.
- To consider your job application.
- To keep the website secure and working.
- To meet our legal and tax duties.
We do not sell personal information and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only with services that help us run the business — email, hosting, call booking (Calendly) and analytics — and only what they need. We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries for up to three years after our last contact; job applications for up to one year unless you ask us to delete them sooner; invoices for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent you have given. Write to hello@beyondsysolutions.com and we will reply within 30 days.
