People who have not had software built before often worry about the same things: “Will I know what is happening?” and “Will I get what I asked for?” This is how we keep both answers a clear yes.
A free first call
We start with a 30-minute call to understand what you need and whether we are the right team for it. If we are not, we will say so.
A written plan and price
Next we agree the scope of the first release, the timeline and the price — in writing, before any work starts. Anything left out is listed, so there are no surprises later.
Short steps you can try
We build in short steps, usually one or two weeks long. At the end of each you can try what was built, not just read a report about it. Feedback goes straight into the next step.
Launch, then look after it
When the first release is ready we put it live, watch it closely in the first days and fix anything that comes up. The people who built it are the people who support it afterwards.
What we ask of you
- One person who can answer questions and make decisions.
- Time to try each step and tell us what you think.
- Early warning when your plans change.
Ready to talk about your project? Book a free call and we will take it from there.
